What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the site and assignment, your responsibilities may include:
Providing qualified customer service to clients, customers and visitors
Monitoring access points and controlling entry to restricted areas
Conducting internal and external patrols
Monitoring CCTV and security systems where required
Maintaining a visible security presence across banking and retail sites
Identifying, responding to and reporting security incidents




Managing challenging situations professionally and calmly
Identifying hazards and reporting security risks
Preparing accurate incident and security reports
Following site-specific procedures and supporting client requirements

What We're Looking For
Current QLD Security Licence - Mandatory
Current First Aid - Mandatory
Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional presentation and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends
Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly Desirable:
Experience with CCTV and access control systems
Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment
