Pure Sleep Bedding is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and retailer specialising in quality mattresses, bedding and foam products. Operating from our factory-direct showroom in Clontarf, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, quality Australian-made products and genuine value.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and motivated Sales, Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our small, supportive team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a positive attitude and is happy to help out wherever needed.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in our showroom, helping them find the right mattress and providing a welcoming, professional shopping experience.

Alongside sales, you'll assist with day-to-day administration and have opportunities to get involved in marketing activities, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety in their working day.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming customers and assisting with mattress and bedding sales

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

- Processing sales, invoices, payments and customer orders

- Responding to phone calls and customer enquiries

- General administration and data entry

- Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable showroom and surrounding areas

- Assisting with marketing tasks, including social media, Canva designs and digital advertising when required

- Supporting the wider team with general day-to-day operations

About You

We're looking for someone with a great personality, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. While previous sales experience is an advantage, attitude and reliability are more important to us than experience.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be friendly, approachable,



outgoing and confident speaking with people from all walks of life

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Enjoy helping customers and providing outstanding service

- Be reliable, organised and have great attention to detail

- Be willing to listen, learn and take initiative

- Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team

- Have intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn recent systems

- Be versatile and happy to assist with different tasks as required

The following skills would be highly regarded but are not essential:

- Previous retail or mattress sales experience

- Experience using MYOB

- Familiarity with Canva and social media content creation

- General administration experience

- Experience with Google Ads would be a significant advantage

Full product training will be provided, so you don't need to be a mattress expert to apply!

Hours & Flexibility

This is initially a part-time position of 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours.

We do require someone who can be flexible and available to work up to 5 days per week when needed, particularly to cover annual leave and other staff absences.
