The Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our growing Urgent Care Service. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient care to patients presenting with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.

Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, appropriate, and patient-centred care. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred nursing care

- Support a well-organised and effective clinical environment

- Balance clinical duties (approx. 60%) with administrative tasks (approx. 40%)

- Manage Medicare billing, coding, and accurate documentation

- Assist with patient flow, including applying inclusion/exclusion criteria





- Conduct patient assessments and administer medications within scope

- Perform wound care, plastering, and provide patient education

- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses and the wider clinical team

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

- Promote and adhere to workplace health and safety standards

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

- Meets one of the following experience requirements:

- 3+ years in primary care/general practice, or

- 2+ years in emergency or acute care, or

- 3+ years in medical/surgical, orthopaedics, or similar

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

- A patient-focused, team-oriented approach
