About the Role

There's something new every day at Lombard!

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our retail teams across multiple Melbourne locations.

From helping customers plan birthday celebrations and special occasions to creating balloon arrangements and organising party hire bookings, our stores offer a varied and hands-on retail environment where no two days are quite the same.

Whether you have previous retail experience or are looking to develop new skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting customers with product selections, party planning and general enquiries.

- Preparing balloon arrangements and processing customer orders.

- Managing party and event hire enquiries and bookings.

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

- Processing sales and assisting with day-to-day store operations.

- Restocking merchandise, maintaining displays and keeping the store presentable.

- Working collaboratively with your team during busy trading periods.

- Occasionally assisting with deliveries where required and agreed upon.

This is primarily a store-based retail position, with no requirement to attend external event setups.

- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided, including balloon arrangements and hire booking procedures.

Availability & Locations

We are currently recruiting across the following Melbourne locations:

- Nunawading – Part-Time

- Moorabbin – Part-Time

- Richmond – Casual

- Moonee Ponds – Part-Time

Availability on Mondays, Thursdays and weekends is particularly important, and applicants who can work across these days will be highly regarded.
