Morson Edge is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project across the Sunshine Coast region.
This is an prospect to get involved in a large-scale civil construction project involving complex concrete structures and supporting infrastructure. We're looking for carpenters with proven experience on similar civil, infrastructure or major construction projects who can hit the ground running.
PAY & BENEFITS
- $50–$52 per hour + super
- $23.41 daily travel allowance
- 10-hour days
- Overtime paid after 8 hours each day
- Ongoing work on a major infrastructure project
- Consistent hours and weekly pay
THE ROLE
- Construct, assemble and install formwork for concrete structures
- Work from construction drawings and specifications
- Measure, set out and ensure formwork is accurate and secure
- Work alongside concreting and civil construction crews
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
- Follow site procedures and complete all required inductions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven formwork carpentry experience on similar civil or infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Own tools suitable for formwork carpentry
- Own PPE
- Current White Card
- Reliable transport
- Willingness to complete all site inductions and project requirements
- Strong work ethic and commitment to site safety
