About the role:
- Option for 2:1 or 2:2 rosters!
- Rates starting at $66 - $78 per hour casual + Super
- Drill Rigs on the sites - Epiroc 56R, 61R, 73R, 92R, 123R
- Sites in WA - Invincible, Jundee, Abra, Hamlet, Kathleen Valley
- The successful candidate will move between sites, 4 weeks to 6 months at one site depending on job scope.
- Pre employment medical, NPC, Driver's License and RPLs required to get to site plus any site-specific requirements.
- Will be put through a Job Hazard Analysis, Working at Heights, and a 6-day dogging and crane ticket course by the company, all paid for!
- The sites that you'll be going to all have en suite rooms good quality food and amenities on site. Some of the flights you'll even be able to pick up frequent flyer points - I've recently been to these sites so can give you plenty of information if you're keen to hear more.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain various Raise bore machines,
single operator set up so no Nippers
- Operate Toyota Land Cruiser VDJ79 utilities
- Operate Integrated Tool Carriers
- Ancillary Equipment
- Transporting machinery and parts between sites
Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid Australian manual driver's licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating underground machinery
- Current Senior First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Current national police clearance (within 6 months)
- Experience operating Sandvik, Robbins Drills, light vehicles and wheel loaders in an underground environment is highly desired but not essential
- Can consider Diamond Drillers with underground experience and other underground disciplines
- Great organisation and communication skills
