About the role

Work closely with our advisers, clients, product providers and other stakeholders, helping to keep advice implementation and day-to-day administration running smoothly, while maintaining the integrity of client records.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate client service and administration with advisers
Prepare advice implementation documentation
Process online transactions
Maintain accurate client records
Complete post-advice administration and filing requirements
Liaise with superannuation funds, insurance companies, Centrelink and other stakeholders to obtain and update client information
Prepare review reports
Provide reliable administrative support to advisers
Contribute to routine, non-routine and project-based work

About you
2+ years' experience in a client services, administration or adviser support role within financial planning
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Committed to delivering exceptional client service
Able to manage competing priorities
Robust client relationship building skills




Experience preparing advice implementation documentation
Experience processing online transactions
Experience maintaining accurate client records
Proficient in Xplan
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace
