Coordinator - Rosters

Yumaro are seeking a talented and organised rostering coordinator to join our Ulladulla Community Services Team 30hrs per week. As a rostering coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of our workforce to ensure effective and effective operations.

You will assist with:




providing support to the coordinators by filling roster positions
rostering based on staff/ participant matching guidelines and a valuable understanding of business needs
monitoring and tracking employee availability and coordinating changes
ensuring compliance with company policies, awards and NDIS rules that impact rostering decisions
utilising and maintaining the CMS rostering system as the key rostering tool
liase with coordinators to identify staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly
entering data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
communicating with employees and participants to provide schedule updates and address any scheduling issues or concerns
generating reports related to scheduling
