I am on the look for a Principal Developer to lead technical delivery on a large-scale enterprise data migration project, focused on preserving and migrating critical historical records.

This is a hands-on role combining development, data migration, technical leadership and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and implementation of data migration solutions.
Perform hands-on SQL development, scripting, data extraction and transformation.
Build and maintain data cleansing, validation and reconciliation processes.
Develop and support integrations and migration tooling.
Troubleshoot complex data quality and system integration issues.
Provide technical oversight across testing, deployment and delivery.

Key Requirements




Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration projects.
Solid hands-on SQL, scripting and data manipulation skills.
Experience building ETL processes and working with complex datasets.
Robust understanding of relational databases and system integrations.
Experience with data cleansing, reconciliation and validation.

Any experience with OpenText InfoArchive or similar is welcome.

Day rate contract - until June 2027
Pay rate - $1,000 to $1,150 + Super per day (depending on experience)
Hybrid arrangements - Sydney
Citizen or PR only
