You will build the machine that turns research into angles, angles into scripts, and scripts into finished video and static ads. You will hire the editor, the designer and the creators who run it with you.

Who this is for

You have personally run the creative for a Meta account spending $1M or more a month, and you can show us the ads and the numbers behind them.
You have built or run a creator bench: casting,



briefing, paying, replacing.
You read ad metrics like a media buyer and write hooks like a copywriter.
You have worked in health, finance or another regulated category, or you can show you learn rules quick and build them into the work.
You would rather own a number than own a brand book.

$150,000 to $180,000 base, depending on what you can show.
