The exciting opportunity
Part-time role with morning, afternoon and night shifts available
Assist residents with activities of daily living at our beautiful 135 bed Blue Haven aged care facility in Kiama
Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

About you
Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker / Assistant in Nursing in residential aged care
Motivated, adaptable, reliable and willing to work a variety of shifts
Personable, respectful, and with solid communication and customer service skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
