About the role

As City Manager, you'll run the day to day operations of Splend's Hub in Perth. You'll be hands on in driving current business yourself, not just managing a team that does. You will lead a small team including a Vehicle Logistics Specialist and have dotted line management for our Hub Sales Consultant. You'll manage the fleet, oversee the full customer journey (from onboarding through to exchanges and terminations), and keep vehicles moving and effectively utilised across the state. This role has a direct impact on the growth of our Perth hub, developing your team and creating an setting where they can do their best work.
