What you’ll be responsible for nn

Developing and executing a clear growth strategy across digital and offline channels

Redefining our brand positioning within a competitive local market

Managing and optimising paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.)

Improving conversion rates across website, landing pages, and patient journeys

n

Building retention and referral systems to increase lifetime value

n
n

Tracking performance and making data-driven decisions (not vanity metrics)

Solid understanding of performance marketing + brand strategy
