HSE Superintendent | Weipa, QLD n

Goodline is seeking an experienced HSE Superintendent to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across our operations in Weipa, Queensland.

This is a permanent residential relocation opportunity for a safety leader who is passionate about creating high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide strategic HSE leadership across maintenance, construction and mining-related operations while supporting Goodline's commitment to an incident-free workplace.

This is not a FIFO position. We are seeking candidates who are looking to relocate and become part of the Weipa community long-term.

Key Responsibilities n

Lead and promote a positive and proactive safety culture across all operations
n
Provide strategic HSE leadership, coaching and support to operational teams
n
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental obligations and client requirements
n
Develop,



implement and continuously improve HSE management systems and processes
n
Mentor and develop HSE personnel and operational leaders
n

About You nn
Previous experience in a HSE Superintendent, Senior HSE Advisor or HSE Management role
n
Demonstrated experience within mining, construction, maintenance or industrial settings
n
Solid knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation
n
Proven leadership capability with the ability to influence at all levels
n
