An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a well-established Perth law firm on a permanent part time basis.

Working 20 hours per week, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors across Commercial and Litigation matters.

This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a qualified legal workplace and is seeking a part-time position that offers a better work-life balance.

THE ROLE
Providing administrative and secretarial support across Commercial and Litigation matters
Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
Opening, maintaining and closing client files
Liaising with clients, external stakeholders and other legal professionals
Assisting with billing, invoicing and general administrative duties
Managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met

ABOUT YOU
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within Commercial or Litigation
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities




Excellent attention to detail and document preparation skills
Confident communication skills and a professional approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

WHAT IS ON OFFER
Permanent part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week
Salary circa $75,000–$85,000 + superannuation (FTE), depending on experience
Exposure to both Commercial and Litigation matters
Opportunity to join an established Perth law firm
