Emwinn Constructions is a family-run builder delivering premium residential custom homes and high-end renovations across Brisbane. We work alongside Brisbane's leading architectural and interior design professionals, so the work is detailed, wide-ranging and worth putting your name to.

The role n

This is a full-time, salaried Leading Hand role for an experienced carpenter. You'll run the carpentry on site, guide the crew and keep quality and program on track. You'll also be the go-to link between the crew and our Building Supervisor and Project Coordinator.

What you’ll bring n

10+ years' carpentry experience after completing your apprenticeship

n

Robust background in custom new homes and/or high-end renovations

n





Confidence reading architectural plans and solving problems on site

n

Experience leading or mentoring other carpenters and apprentices

n

High standard of finish and attention to detail

n

Clear, reliable communication with supervisors, trades and clients

n

Trade qualification, construction white card and current driver's licence

n

Own trade vehicle and tools
