Sydney | Hybrid | Competitive Base + uncapped commission

The vertical already runs around 500 seats across around 60 clients, so this role scales a model that already works and they're now hiring a senior seller to own and grow that vertical across APAC.
The role n
n
Grow existing accounts and win new mid-market and enterprise logos, with recent clients typically starting at 5+ seats
n
Sell to CTOs and senior technology leaders through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
n
Run roadmap conversations about where clients' tech stacks are heading and the talent they'll need to get there
n
Build the vertical sales plan, manage pipeline and forecast accurately
n
Represent our client at industry events and forums
n
What success looks like nn
First 90 days: know the existing book, build relationships across key accounts and shape the vertical plan
n
6 months: consistent monthly seat growth, with new logos landing alongside account expansion
n
12 months: recognised as a trusted adviser to CTOs across the Australian IT services market
n
About you nn
10 to 15 years of B2B sales experience, including enterprise or strategic accounts
n
A track record of long tenure (5+ years per role), ideally with internal promotion
n
Technical credibility with CTOs and engineering leaders
n
Robust stakeholder management and the ability to multi-thread across large organisations
n
A history of growing existing accounts, not just winning recent ones
n
Highly regarded: experience selling Indian offshore services or India-delivered technology
