nJoin a major Australian financial-services organisation and help deliver large-scale transformation projects within its Cash and Transactional Banking technology team.n
nYou’ll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, developing secure and scalable backend services that support critical banking platforms.n

What you’ll be doingn
nDesigning, developing and maintaining Java-based backend applicationsn
nBuilding secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Bootn
nContributing to technical design and solving complex engineering problemsn
nSupporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesn
nCollaborating with engineers, business teams and delivery partnersn
nContributing to major banking transformation programsn




nProviding occasional support across the frontend where requiredn
n
What we’re looking forn
nCommercial experience with Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIsn
nStrong understanding of API design principles and industry standardsn
nExperience implementing secure APIs using OAuth and JWTn
nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo and Bitbucketn
nStrong analytical, design and problem-solving capabilitiesn
nExperience working in an Agile engineering workplacen
nKnowledge of J2EE or Struts would be beneficialn
nReact experience is advantageous but not essentialn
