Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. The Practice Nurse will work closely with physicians and other healthcare specialists to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
n
Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
n
Educate patients on health and wellness topics
n
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

n

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
n
Current nursing license
n
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
n
Robust clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
