About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual who wants to kickstart their career in real estate — someone genuinely interested in property, investments, and long-term growth .

As a Trainee & Research Associate , you’ll work closely with senior Buyer’s Agents, assisting with market research, property sourcing, due diligence, and client reports. The role offers a clear growth pathway to becoming a fully licensed Buyer’s Agent within 12 months .

Key Responsibilities:

n

Conduct suburb-level and property-level research using online tools and data sources
n
Assist in identifying investment-grade properties aligned with client goals
n
Prepare research reports, feasibility analyses, and property comparisons
n
Support the acquisition process, including liaising with agents and property managers
n
Maintain and update internal property databases
n
Learn and apply property investment fundamentals, negotiation, and buyer advocacy skills
n

What We’re Looking For:

Robust passion for real estate and property investment
n
Analytical mindset with valuable attention to detail

Excellent communication and organisation skills
n
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
n
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems
n
A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)
