We're seeking cheerful, customer-focused horticultural salespeople who love plants, enjoy helping others, and take pride in creating positive customer experiences.

What We're Looking For n

A genuine passion for horticulture and customer service.

n
n

Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture.

n
n

Previous retail or garden centre sales experience is highly desirable.

n
n

Positive plant knowledge, especially of Australian natives, will be a strong advantage.

n
n

A positive, can-do attitude,



and the ability to work well in a team.

n

What the Role Involves nn
n

Providing outstanding customer service and horticultural advice.

n
n

Recommending products and assisting with pest and disease troubleshooting.

n
n

Helping customers to their vehicles with purchases (plants, pots, bagged goods, etc.).

n
n

Operating the Point of Sale system (training provided).

n
n

Hand watering, plant care, and general nursery maintenance.

n
n

Weekend work will be required as part of a casual position.
