Enzo's Cucina is looking for a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager / Team Leader to lead the team, oversee daily operations and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will lead by example, take pride in your work and know how to get the best out of a team.

Managing staff performance, rosters and daily operations

Ensuring the restaurant is organised, clean and running efficiently

Handling customer feedback professionally

Previous restaurant management or senior supervisory experience is essential
