Job Description

BaptistCare is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our national Legal, Risk & Governance team in Sydney. You will provide in-house legal support, draft and negotiate agreements, and interpret regulatory requirements to support the organisation’s care and community services.

You’ll also lead governance activities, assist with board materials and company secretarial duties, and contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and policy development in a values-driven not-for-profit setting.
