As a Barista at our North Sydney Shoppingworld location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This permanent, full time position within the Defence & Military sector requires a passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers
n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
n
Engage with customers to provide a friendly and productive service
n
Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
n
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
n
Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
