Should be able to troubleshoot issues and problems within Ping
n
L2 & L3 level of experience in Ping with exposure Identity and Access Management deployment and management preferably in Ping.
n
Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA.
n
Manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT
n
Should have positive experience on writing scripts at server level (Perl script, shell script, vb script, java script, batch scripts).
n
Should have positive understanding of Operational processes
n
n
Should have valuable understanding of UNIX, Windows server level commands
