The position would suit an experienced Forklift Operator - who is happy to be an "all-rounder" and move between roles as required to assist where needed within the warehouse.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: n
n
Reach truck operation for pallet put away from receiving into racking
n
Reach truck operation for replenishmentof pick locations with pallets from racking - some manual handling required
n
Manual unloading of containers as well as using a counter balance forklift
n
Manual put away of componentry by hand into A frame racking and shelves
n
Receipt and put away stock using iPad WMS System
n
Wrapping/Strapping pallets for dispatch
n
Loading trucks with pallets using counter balance forklift
n
Requirements also include: nn
A sense of humour with the ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
n
Physically able to undertake manual handling duties
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Have a desire to learn new tasks and help where needed
n
Ability to work - 7.00 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am to 1.30 pm Fridays.
