Job Description

In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance,repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment would includebeds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range ofmedical equipment and health aids.

Hours: Monday –Friday, Full Time Permanent

Essential Skills & Qualifications n

n
Preference for a Mechanical orService Technician background or field experience within the healthcare orservice-related sector.
n
Robust problem solving to customer’sneeds and provide appropriate solutions
n
Ability to deliver a high level ofcommunication and qualified customer service
n
The ability to work independentlywith strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
n
Current and valid Driver’sLicense and willing to travel to meet client requirements
n

Duties & Responsibilities nn
Troubleshoot and complete repairsand servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
n
Preparing transparent, accurate andconcise service records
n




Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehiclein a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
n
Become an expert on our products,staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge todeliver seamless repairs
n
Maintain the safety and integrity ofall serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and CompanyPolicy
n
