About the company n

Our client is a well-established fire protection specialist with close to three decades of operation across NSW and the ACT. They're known for their accountability and long-standing client relationships, and they deliver installation, upgrades, inspection, testing and compliance work for a diverse client base.

That base spans commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centre and strata properties.

As their wet systems division continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from estimate through to handover.

The role n

Based out of their Botany office, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of wet fire protection projects across sprinkler, hydrant and pump systems. This is a senior position combining project management with estimating. You'll win the work, then deliver it on time, on budget and to standard.

Key responsibilities n

Manage wet fire protection projects from award through to completion and handover
n
Prepare estimates, quotations, tenders and project budgets
n
Price and manage variations, and track project costings and margins
n
Coordinate subcontractors, procurement and site resources
n




Act as the main point of contact for clients, builders and stakeholders
n
Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements
n
Drive project profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
n

About you nn
Proven experience managing wet fire system projects (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps)
n
Robust working knowledge of Australian Standards and fire protection systems
n
Experience preparing quotations, estimates, tenders and project budgets
n
Track record managing subcontractors, procurement and project delivery
n
Solid client-facing and communication skills
n
Commercially minded, with a focus on profitability and outcomes
n
Current NSW driver's licence
n
