Join a growing enterprise SaaS business delivering complex software implementations for enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a hands-on Delivery Manager role where you'll lead multiple concurrent implementations from discovery through to go-live. You'll own delivery outcomes, build trusted customer relationships, and work closely with Product, Engineering and Consulting teams to deliver successful projects.

The Role n

Lead end-to-end implementation of a configurable enterprise SaaS platform.
n
Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations.
n
Own delivery across scope, budget, timelines and customer satisfaction.
n
Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
n
Lead project planning, governance, risk management and delivery reporting.
n
Partner with Product, Engineering and Consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
n
Facilitate customer workshops, solution discussions and pre-sales activities.
n
Manage forecasting, commercial reporting and invoicing.
n




Mentor consultants and contribute to the continued growth of the Delivery function.
n
Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and customer outcomes.

About You nn
Experience delivering complex SaaS, ERP or enterprise software implementations.
n
Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects.
n
Background in consulting, professional services or software delivery.
n
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting and customer expectations.
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders.
n
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery settings.
n
Able to balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality.
