We are recruiting for a Practice Nurse to join a busy and supportive medical clinic in Chermside . This is a permanent full-time prospect with an immediate start available for the right person.

You will be joining an experienced practice team and working closely with GPs to provide high-quality patient care across a broad range of general practice nursing duties.

Approximately $45 per hour, depending on experience

About You n
We are looking for a confident and experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a busy general practice setting.
n You will ideally have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience working within general practice/primary healthcareExperience with immunisations and vaccinations
n
Chronic disease management experience
n
Wound care and health assessments
n
Strong communication and patient care skills
n
Ability to work well within a busy multidisciplinary team
n
