The Opportunityn
This is a highly visible leadership position within an established healthcare organisation, offering the chance to influence both people and commercial outcomes. You'll inherit a motivated team,
work across an interesting & evolving portfolio, and collaborate with experienced stakeholders across the wider business. The role is Sydney based and includes regular time with the team in field. If you're a healthcare sales leader who gets as much satisfaction from building people as building sales, we'd be keen to hear from you.
Skills & Experiencen
We're looking for a sales leader who brings credibility within the hospital healthcare environment and, importantly, genuinely enjoys developing people.

Local, Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience
n
Experience leading, coaching & developing a field-based sales team
n
Strong understanding of hospital & clinical selling settings
n
Proven ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
n
Proven commercial aptitude, including forecasting, planning & performance management
n
The energy and leadership presence to engage a motivated, developing team
n
Energetic, enthusiastic & ‘can do’ attitude
