You will work with customers from the initial enquiry through to the final sale, helping them select the right window furnishings for their home.
Key responsibilities n
Meeting with customers in our showroom and in their homes
n
Understanding customers' needs, style and budget
n
Recommending suitable curtains, blinds, shutters, fabrics and window furnishing solutions
n
Taking and understanding measurements
n
Preparing and presenting quotations
n
Following up quotations and enquiries
n
Building robust relationships with customers
n
Working closely with our installation and manufacturing teams
n
Managing your customers and sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion
n
Achieving agreed sales targets
About you n
Has proven sales experience, preferably in window furnishings, interiors, furniture, flooring, kitchens,
cabinetry or another customised product
n
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Has a genuine interest in interior design, fabrics, colour and home styling
n
Is confident talking to customers and asking for the sale
n
Is organised and pays close attention to detail
n
Can work independently while also being part of a small team
n
Is qualified, reliable and well presented
n
Has the ability to understand measurements and technical details
n
Holds a current driver's licence and own vehicle for local appointments
