At Downtown Toyota, we're looking for an organised, proactive person who enjoys coordinating people, processes and information to make things happen.

With vehicles constantly arriving, moving through preparation and being delivered to guests, there's plenty to keep track of. You'll be the person who knows where a vehicle is, what stage it's at and what needs to happen next.

This isn't just about keeping records accurate. It's about thinking ahead, identifying potential hold-ups and helping the wider team keep things moving.

What you'll do n

n
Manage accurate vehicle stock records, including arrivals, allocations, transfers and movements.
n
Coordinate and track vehicles through preparation, anticipating delays and keeping teams informed.
n
Prepare and process vehicle registration and transfer paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
n
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, missing information and potential delivery hold-ups.

Work closely with sales, pre-delivery, administration and external providers to keep everything on track.
n
Maintain organised and accurate vehicle documentation and records.
n

What you'll bring n

Experience in dealership stock control, vehicle registrations, logistics or automotive administration would be valuable.
n
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
n
A natural ability to problem-solve, prioritise and think ahead.
n
Excellent attention to detail and confidence working across different systems.
n
Transparent communication and a proactive, practical approach.
n
A sense of ownership and pride in getting things right.
