Job Description

Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Managed Services for our NSW operations. You will lead the NSW Managed Services function, drive service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance, and partner with Sales to develop recent prospects.

You will manage a high-performing team, oversee SLAs and renewals, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and KPIs. Robust leadership, ITIL knowledge and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.
