Plan and Support Services is seeking a Customer Care team member to assist NDIS participants, nominees and providers across Australia. The role involves guiding customers through plans, answering questions and resolving issues via phone, email and live chat.
You will work in a hybrid setup with two days in the office and three days from home, and receive training on our systems and processes to set you up for success. Prior customer service experience and NDIs knowledge are a plus.
