APG Workforce is seeking a QA Officer to join a well-known poultry company in Beresfield, famous for their finger-licking nuggets and chicken tenders – a household name that every Australian knows and enjoys!

Casual, Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
n
$37.50 per hour + QC/QA Allowance ($6.46 per day)
n
Potential for weekend overtime depending on operational requirements
n

Key Duties: nn
Verify cleaning and pest control procedures
n
Maintain and improve the Quality System
n
Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
n
Manage pending, hold, and release functions
n
Verify monitoring activities during production
n
Check completed daily paperwork
n
Prepare samples for lab testing and analyze results
n
Perform data entry, filing, and reporting tasks
n




Conduct end-of-shelf-life product evaluations
n
Perform post-clean and environmental swabbing (including biotrace) for RTE and fully cooked products
n
Conduct 2-hourly cook-ups and sensory evaluations
n
Collect product samples
n
Calibrate scales, Oxybaby, and thermometers
n
Perform internal audit duties
n
Evaluate fresh and frozen products
n
