Job Description

Ampcontrol is seeking an M&A; Analyst to help identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition, partnership and investment prospects. You will provide research, financial modelling and commercial analysis to support strategic decisions.

You’ll work with senior leaders across energy, infrastructure, resources and industrial sectors, building target lists, conducting due diligence, valuations and integration planning to enable informed management decisions.
