Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join a leading cyber security technology organisation. This role combines technical expertise, solution consulting and customer engagement to help organisations strengthen their cyber resilience. n

nKey Responsibilities n

nMaintain expert knowledge of cyber security platforms, competitor technologies and emerging industry trends. n
n
nIdentify customer technical requirements and develop solutions aligned with business objectives. n
n
nDeliver technical demonstrations, presentations and proof-of-concepts to senior executives and cyber security professionals. n
n
nAct as a trusted security advisor, supporting cyber skills development, crisis simulations and organisational risk assessment. n
n
nPartner with Sales to develop technical strategies for recent business prospects and existing customer growth. n
n
nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development. n
n
nSupport customer onboarding, engagement strategies and ongoing solution adoption. n
n




nRepresent the organisation at industry conferences, security events and client meetings. n
n
nEstablish customer success objectives and measure outcomes. n
n
nSupport recruitment, mentoring and knowledge transfer to current and existing team members. n
n
nSkills & Experience n
n
nProven experience in cyber security, technical presales or solutions consulting. n
n
nStrong understanding of cyber security technologies, threats and risk management. n
n
nExperience delivering technical demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts. n
n
nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives. n
n
nAbility to translate complex technical requirements into practical business solutions. n
n
nStrong commercial awareness and experience supporting sales teams. n
n
nDemonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and work collaboratively across technical teams.
