We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and effective. The Senior Data Engineer will work closely with our data scientists and analysts to ensure that our data is accurate and accessible.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
n
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure that our data is accurate and accessible
n
Optimize data infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and efficiency
n
Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes
n
Implement data security and privacy measures

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering

Qualifications:

n

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
n
5+ years of experience in data engineering
n
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
n
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
n
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
n
Robust understanding of data modelling and database design principles
n
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
n
Solid communication and collaboration skills
