Position Overview n

Podium Money is seeking a Commercial Lending Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role,



you’ll work closely with existing referral partners and clients, delivering tailored finance solutions while assessing creditworthiness, managing risk, and driving strong lending outcomes.

Key Responsibilities n

Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
n
Assess financial statements, credit profiles, and business plans
n
Stay informed on market trends, interest rates, and lending policy changes
n
Advise on a broad range of commercial lending products
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and financial institutions
n

Skills & Experience nn
Proven experience as a Commercial Banker, Broker, or in a similar financial services role
n
Solid understanding of commercial lending products and processes
n
Strong financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skills
n
Client-focused with excellent relationship management ability
n
Familiarity with compliance and lending regulations
n
Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or willingness to complete)
