An exciting opportunity has become available for a Group Finance Manager to join the Group Finance function. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the group, including:

n

Leading the preparation of monthly consolidated management reporting across P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow

n

Preparing and reviewing half-year and full-year consolidated statutory financial statements

n

Managing complex global and multi-currency consolidations, including eliminations, equity accounting, non-controlling interests and foreign currency translation

n





Acting as a key point of contact for external auditors and managing audit deliverables

n

Providing technical accounting advice across complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and investments

n

Partnering with senior stakeholders and global finance teams across the business

n

Ensuring strong governance, controls and data integrity across reporting processes

n

Managing and developing team members

n

Driving process improvements across group accounting, systems and internal controls

n

Providing analysis and commentary on key trends, variances and business performance

n

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with solid experience across group consolidation, statutory reporting and technical accounting within a large or complex organisation. You will have solid knowledge of AASB and IFRS, along with experience working across multi-currency consolidations and complex group structures. Robust stakeholder management and people leadership skills are essential, along with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced setting and engage with senior stakeholders.
