$60k - $80k Base (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission OTE $300K

We’re growing our team in the granny flat and expandable building space and are looking for a sales consultant who thrives on building relationships, not just closing deals. You’ll be supported by a cooperative team and a steady flow of enquiries-so you can focus on delivering a great customer experience.

About the role

You’ll work closely with customers from their first enquiry through to purchase, helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way. You will work from our recent display site at North Lakes.
Respond to customer enquiries (phone, online, and in person)
Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through display homes




Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Prepare quotes and support customers in making informed decisions
Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline
Collaborate with design, approvals and delivery teams
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

About you
Experienced in sales; you thrive in a fast paced setting
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
Organised and able to manage multiple customers at different stages
Comfortable using systems and digital tools
Available to work Saturdays

You don’t need to come from the granny flat or construction industry; we value transferable skills and will provide support to get you up to speed.
