nWe are currently looking for two experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join a large, established organisation in a high-volume environment.n
nThis is a excellent opportunity for an experienced AP skilled who enjoys working in a fast-paced team and is confident managing a high volume of invoices from end to end.n
nAbout the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time.n
Key responsibilities include: n
n

n
End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
n
Processing approximately 700 invoices per week
n
Reconciliation of supplier statements
n
Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers
n
Supporting AP Supervisors during peak periods
n
Following established SOPs and internal controls
n
Ensuring accuracy and timely processing across a high-volume environment
n

About You: n
n

n
Previous experience in high-volume AP, preferably within F MCG, retail or a large corporate environment
n
Robust Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables




n
Experience working with large invoice volumes
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
n
Explicit and confident communication skills
n
Experience with AS400 is desirable
n

You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident to be considered for this position.
