Specialist Recruitment provides temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment services across various industries including IT and digital, government, business support, engineering, information management, and professional services.

Your Skills:

Previous experience in agency recruitment
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand market conditions and address hiring challenges

Strong customer service approach

Excellent work ethic, flexibility, and personable nature

Your Responsibilities:

Recruit candidates according to client requirements and timeframes
n
Conduct day-to-day recruitment activities: sourcing, interviews, job advertisements, candidate feedback, reference checks, negotiations, offers of employment, and follow-ups
n
Cultivate relationships with candidates and the internal business, acting as a trusted advisor
n
Assist in handling client and candidate enquiries
