To perform assessment of existing credit decisioning model and identify root causes for the credit losses/bad debts
Key Deliverables :

Perform assessment of the existing credit decisioning model, methodologies, credit policies and the lending strategies
n
n
Assess impact of changes to current decision criteria from previous decision criteria, with a focus on bad debts
n
n
Perform case assessment of different loan scenarios based on predefined sampling methodology
n
n
Identify root causes for the existing credit losses
n
n
n
Skills and experience required :
n
n
n
n
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
n
n
5 years+ experience in credit, treasury, corporate finance or a similar field within the financial services sector
n
n
Demonstrated expertise in credit decisioning, financial modelling and credit risk analysis
n
n
Solid understanding of lending industry
n
n
Exceptional communication skills,
with the ability to collaborate effectively
n
n
n

Rate : The daily rate to the consultant will be negotiated.
