Job Description

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean, safe and organised back‑of‑house areas. Your duties will include dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances, and supporting the kitchen team during service.

Positive time management skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Comfortable with physical work in a busy hospitality environment.

A reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Committed to protected work practices and hygiene standards.

Experience required: n

At least 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role

n

Hotel experience highly regarded

n

Previous training in the secure handling of cleaning chemicals desirable.
