The Registrations team are responsible for processing vehicle registrations, renewals and general vehicle admin.

Day to day you will be focused on:
Ensuring all registration documentation from our Sales Departments is accurate
Organising payment of all registrations and processing renewals daily
Liaising with Service NSW for the registrations of vehicles and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Sydney City Toyota and Lexus
Data entry and ensuring our system is up to date and correct
Working cooperatively with Department Managers & Sales staff

Requirements of this position include:
Solid attention to detail and time management




Reliable with a good work ethic
Australian drivers licence is needed as you will need to drive a company car to Service NSW on occasions
Experience with Microsoft/Outlook package
Problem solving ability and able to cope under pressure during busy periods
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and have a versatile approach
