We're looking for a hands-on Facility / Inventory Controller to lead our warehouse and facilities function and play a critical role in supporting our growing operations team. You'll take ownership of inventory management, warehouse operations, materials control and site facilities while leading a small team and driving improvements across safety, efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing n

Leading inventory control activities to ensure stock accuracy, availability and traceability
n
Managing receipt, storage, issue and movement of materials and components
n
Overseeing stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reporting
n
Working closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality teams to support operational delivery
n
Coordinating day-to-day facilities activities and site maintenance requirements
n




Managing contractors and service providers where required
n
Leading and developing a small warehouse and facilities team
n
Identifying and implementing process improvements across inventory and facility operations
n
Supporting safety, compliance and quality requirements in a regulated setting
n

About You nn
Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or materials management
n
Leadership experience supervising or coordinating small teams
n
Solid inventory control and stock management capability
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Confidence working with ERP or inventory management systems
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
n
A proactive 'find a way' approach to problem solving and improving processes
n

You Will Stand Out if You Bring nn
Defence, aerospace, electronics or advanced manufacturing experience or other highly regulated industries.
n
Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
n
Exposure to quality management systems and inventory audits
n
Forklift licence
n
