An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Corporate / Commercial Lawyer/Senior Lawyer to join their growing team. Working closely with an established client base, you'll enjoy a broad range of quality corporate and commercial matters, genuine autonomy and excellent long-term career opportunities.

About the Role n

You’ll work directly with business owners, founders and qualified advisers, providing practical, commercially focused advice across:

Corporate structuring, restructures and trust arrangements.
n
Share sales, acquisitions and business transactions.
n
Shareholder and unitholder agreements.
n




Employee share and incentive schemes.
n
Business structuring and succession planning.
n
Commercial agreements and general advisory matters.
n
Tax-effective structuring alongside accountants and advisers.
n

About You nn
2+ years PAE in Corporate / Commercial Law.
n
Strong drafting, negotiation and technical skills.
n
Experience independently managing matters and client relationships.
n
Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
n
Confident communicating with business owners and professional advisers.
n
A personable, professional approach and strong attention to detail.
