The Centre provides a wide range of programs and activities, including Learn to Swim, Group Fitness, Recreational Swimming, Health and Fitness, Stadium and Squash hire.
The main goal of the YMCA is to provide opportunities for all people to be more active, more often and help them reach their personal fitness goals.
Our friendly team is highly qualified and has the experience to help you reach your training goals – whatever they may be.About the role As a Customer Service Officer at Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, you will be greeting members, responding to enquiries via email, phone or in-person, as well as performing general but important administrative tasks.
Our Customer Service Officer's always put the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions with people within the community.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programsConduct centre tours with prospective membersFollow up customers and members as requiredPromote available programs and servicesAccurately receipt, process and balance customer paymentsThis is a casual position and the hourly rate is $***** per hour + Superannuation + Y Perks.




This role would require your availability to work weekdays and weekends.About you With our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.Qualifications & ExperienceHLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary ResuscitationHLTAID011 Provide First AidPrevious experience in a similar role will be advantageousBenefits At the Y Victoria, we value our people.
